What are Pulse Points?

Pulse Points are RTG’s community rewards system for recovery professionals. The program is designed to:

  • Encourage participation, referrals, and mentorship within the RTG community

  • Recognize and reward contributions that strengthen recovery support nationwide

  • Provide tangible benefits—such as discounts, exclusive resources, and recognition badges—based on your activity and engagement

Membership Impact:

  • Basic Members earn points at standard rates and redeem for modest discounts and basic recognition.

  • Premium Members earn points faster, access more ways to earn, and redeem for larger discounts, exclusive resources, and advanced badges.

You can earn Pulse Points through a variety of activities on the RTG platform. The following are current ways to earn points (subject to updates as the program evolves):

  1. Referrals:

    • Refer a new client or recovery professional who joins RTG

    • Points credited after successful onboarding

  2. Session Completion:

    • Complete scheduled client sessions (with positive attendance and feedback)

  3. Mentorship & Community Participation:

    • Serve as a mentor, participate in Peer/ARC Academy, or contribute to community forums and resource libraries

  4. Training & Professional Development:

    • Complete on-demand modules, workshops, or live webinars

  5. Milestones & Recognition:

    • Achieve badges for top contributor, founding coach, verified background check, or other special achievements

Premium Perks:
Premium members earn accelerated points for advanced activities, such as leading workshops, hosting subgroups, or contributing premium resources.

Note: Exact point values and new earning opportunities may be updated as the platform grows.
